Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable items, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases. Additionally, gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items are non-returnable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as for items with obvious signs of use, opened CDs, DVDs, tapes, or records, items not in their original condition, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Sale items are only eligible for refunds if they are regular priced items. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable. Depending on your location, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary. For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
